**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and engage campers in a variety of activities and games

- Implement planned programs and activities to promote learning and fun

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to campers

- Assist in organizing and leading group activities, field trips, and special events

- Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a positive and inclusive camp environment

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or related field preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting

- Knowledge or interest in childhood development

- Background in daycare, special education, behavioral issues is a plus
